Drinking hydrogen rich water once a day approximates the dosage used in hydrogen therapy research, and it literally floods the system with free radical-quenching electrons. Because molecular hydrogen is a safe, and natural molecule that is common to the body, you can’t get too much of it. Molecular hydrogen water has a promising future as a safe, simple, inexpensive therapy for health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment of our most common health challenges.

Several recent studies have reported that hydrogen-rich water can massively benefit sports athletes and highly active people. In particular, hydrogen therapy may be an effective and specific innovative treatment for exercise-induced oxidative stress and sports injury, with potential for the improvement of exercise performance. It has been shown to benefit with such things as increased performance, higher endurance, greater stamina, reduced muscle fatigue, boosted energy levels, faster recovery times, improved heart function, faster cognitive tasking, weight loss, detoxification, maintaining healthy cholesterol and glucose levels, injury recovery, quicker muscle growth, accelerated healing, lactic acid reduction, reduced inflammation, and increased blood flow.

H2Go tablets are magnesium-based tablets that completely dissolve in water. The dissolving process creates what is called 'Hydrogen Rich Water'. 'Hydrogen-Rich Water' is also referred to as (HRW) in some of the scientific studies in the fields of molecular hydrogen for health. World-wide there is presently well over 1200 studies completed and on-going now, in over 180 different human disease models. Several studies have shown that Hydrogen-Rich Water may be used as a therapeutic tool and may help with such conditions as Dementia, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, Arthritis, Diabetes, Joint Inflammation, Sunburns, Skin Burns, Insect Bites/Stings, Cuts, Depression, Anxiety, Stress, IBS, Asthma, Psoriasis, ADHD/ADD, Autism, Stroke Recovery, Carpel Tunnel, Lung Cancer Recovery, Muscle Damage Recovery, Tourette's, Seizures, Obesity, Chemotherapy Recovery, Cancer Radiation Recovery, Traumatic Brain Injury Recovery, and Cognitive Recovery

Molecular Hydrogen is an extraordinary antioxidant, a free radical quencher that selectively scavenges the most dangerous and destructive hydroxyl radicals. Hydroxyl radicals initiate their cycle of destruction by stealing electrons from molecules in DNA, proteins, and fats, destabilizing them and setting off a chain reaction of oxidative stress. Molecular Hydrogen readily gives up electrons to hydroxyl radicals, which stabilizes them and stops them in their tracks. The hydrogen electrons then bond with the hydroxyl radicals to become water, that your body can then absorb and use, or simply excrete if not needed. It also reduces the toxicity of peroxynitrite, another destructive oxidant, and further boosts the body’s defenses by increasing production of natural antioxidants such as glutathione, superoxide dismutase, and catalase.

Molecular Hydrogen affects cell signal transduction and acts as an alkalizing agent, with these newly identified mechanisms of action having the potential to widen its application in clinical medicine even further. Further recent studies show that H2 infused water increases the production of a hormone called ghrelin, secreted in the stomach. Ghrelin is best known for stimulating appetite, but it also boosts growth hormone release and has protective effects in the brain, vascular system, liver, and elsewhere.
